Varsity Football Home Game - USA NIGHT 

This Friday, August 31st is USA NIGHT at the Varsity Football home game! Kick-off against Concord First Assembly is at 7:00pm. Students who wear red, white, and blue to the game will be admitted for just $1! (General Admission - $5, Kids 10 & Under - Free)

Cornhole Tournament Friday

Our 2nd annual "5th Quarter" Cornhole Tournament is this Friday, August 31st immediately after the home football game in Gyms A/B! Register your team with Mrs. Rhodes during lunch this week. Registration is $10 for a team of 2 (free for teachers). All proceeds will go to missions!

Varsity Softball Meeting

There will be a Varsity Softball team meeting on Thursday during first lunch in the lobby of the FLC. This meeting will cover the fall workout schedule, which will begin next week and end mid-October. Please attend this meeting if you plan to play Varsity Softball this year.

Team Pictures

Fall team pictures will be taken September 13th, 14th, and 17th. Please see the schedule below for each team's date and time. All athletes will take both an individual and team pictures regardless of whether or not they are ordering pictures. Please bring your completed PICTURE FORM and money to turn in to the photographer on your team's picture day.

The HGCS Athletic Department and AAA Booster Club need the help of volunteers to assist with admissions and concessions at athletic events throughout the spring season. Please sign up for a volunteer time slot on our Sign Up Genius page.

Middle school, please list your 3rd period teacher, High school, please list your 1st block teacher. All orders will be shipped to the school after the end of the ordering period and will be distributed to your child's homeroom, 3rd period or 1st block class. Varsity Football Home Game - JERSEY NIGHT

This Friday, August 24th is JERSEY NIGHT at the Varsity Football home game! Kick-off against SouthLake is at 7:00pm. Students who wear any jersey to the game will be admitted for just $1! (General Admission - $5, Kids 10 & Under - Free)

Varsity Men's Basketball Meeting

There will be a Varsity Men's Basketball meeting on Friday during 2nd lunch (12:40-1:05) in Gym A.

Varsity Baseball Meeting

There will be a Varsity Baseball meeting on Friday during 2nd lunch in Room 4102 in the FLC.

Player Fees Due

Player fees for all fall athletes are due before each team's first game of the season. Fees are $95 for MS/JV and $105 for Varsity, and they must be turned in to the team's coach or to the Athletic Office before the student-athlete will be allowed to play in a game or participate in a meet.

Varsity Women's Golf Meeting

There will be a meeting for all girls participating in Varsity Women's Golf this fall on Wednesday, August 15th during 2nd lunch (12:40-1:05) in FLC Room 4102.

Fall Athlete Meeting

There will be a fall athlete meeting on Monday, August 20th during 2nd lunch (12:40-1:05) in rooms 1111/1112 in the Welcome Center. ALL high school fall athletes are required to attend this meeting.

Varsity & JV Football

It's not too late to play football this season! 7th-12th grade boys who are interested in playing JV or Varsity Football can contact Coach Pondo at mikepondo@hgchristian.org for more information.
