Athletic Forms for Varsity Swimming
Swimmers must submit ALL athletic paperwork (Athletic Physical Form, Athletic Participation Agreement, Athletic Medical Forms Packet) to Coach McFarland by MONDAY. Forms can be placed in her mailbox in the HS office.
