ACADEMIC ELIGIBILITY

causes your head and your brain to move quickly back and forth.

- Seizure or convulsive activity

The Return-to-Play Protocol must be
followed before any student-athlete suspected of sustaining a concussion may
continue in athletic participation:
- Any student-athlete suspected of having a concussion MUST see a doctor following the injury.
- Once the student-athlete has been cleared by a doctor, he/she can begin the 5 stages of the Return-to-Play Protocol with the Athletic Trainer.
- The Athletic Trainer must clear the student following the completion of the Return-to-Play Protocol before the student-athlete may continue participating in school athletics.
BSN TEAM SHOPS
Each team
will set up a “team shop” through BSN Sports (www.bsnteamsports.com) for
parents to order required and/or optional items and team gear for their student
athletes. Coaches will give out specific information about their team’s online
shop at the beginning of the season. Please be sure to place all orders by the
designated deadline. Once the team shop closes, additional orders may not be placed.
Please keep in mind that sales on any items with team logos are final, and BSN
will not exchange or refund these items. Although available items are selected
by coaches, the team shops are managed entirely by BSN Sports.
